Bread Supervisor

We are looking for a full-time bread supervisor who is passionate about artisan bread, especially naturally leavened loaves. Even more important is the ability to work well with others and inspire a team.

Requirements:

  • Must be physically able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. and stand all day.
  • Must have professional kitchen experience with an emphasis on artisan bread to be considered for this position.
  • Must understand every step of the production process for both sourdough and yeast breads.
  • Must be motivated, hard-working, and kind to others.

Starting pay is $18/hr and includes 8 days of PTO.
