Tarta de Santiago

A dessert that pays homage to our own history: These tartas are representative of the Camino de Santiago which has served as the inspiration for our little bakery since the beginning. Rich with almond flavor, and naturally gluten free, these are the perfect dessert to share between two people or savor yourself. We also couldn’t help but dust them with powdered sugar in the shape of the shell (the trail marker along the camino).

Ingredients: sugar, almond flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, sea salt, eggs, almond extract, orange zest, lemon zest
