VGF Apple Pie

Serves 8. Vegan and Gluten-free!

Ingredients: Crust: Bob’s Red Mill 1+1 gluten-free flour, vegan butter (palm and palm kernel oil, water, sunflower oil, salt, pea protein, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, natural flavor, annatto, vitamin a palmitate), water, sugar, salt. Filling: Apples, sugar, lemon juice, corn starch, lemon zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt. Topping: Oat flour, vegan butter (see above), oats, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple extract, salt.
