Blueberry-Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients: Filling: Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, heavy cream, corn starch, sea salt, vanilla, blueberries, blueberry extract, lemon extract, lemon zest. Topping: Heavy cream, sour cream, brown sugar, vanilla bean paste. Crust: Graham crackers ([unbleached enriched flour, wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], graham flour, sugar, molasses, soybean oil, canola oil, high fructose corn syrup, palm oil, salt, baking soda, calcium phosphate]  butter, sugar, salt. 

For the Gluten-free option: Gluten-free graham cracker crumbs are used for the crust.
