Our lemon blueberry cheesecakes come with a graham cracker crust (regular or gluten-free), and are decorated with whipped cream, lemon slices, and blueberries. Regular Ingredients: Filling: Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, heavy cream, corn starch, sea salt, vanilla, blueberries, blueberry extract, lemon extract, lemon zest. Crust: Graham crackers ([unbleached enriched flour, wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], graham flour, sugar, molasses, soybean oil, canola oil, high fructose corn syrup, palm oil, salt, baking soda, calcium phosphate]  butter, sugar, salt. 

Gluten-Free Ingredients: Filling: Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, heavy cream, corn starch, sea salt, vanilla, blueberries, blueberry extract, lemon extract, lemon zest. Topping: Heavy cream, sour cream, brown sugar, vanilla bean paste. Crust: Gluten free graham crackers (Pea starch, shortening [palm oil, modified palm oil], brown rice flour, potato starch, brown sugar, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch, water, cane sugar, rice bran, Molasses, Tapioca Syrup, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Pea Protein, Natural Flavour, Pea Fibre, Sunflower Lecithin, Inulin, Monocalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Guar Gum), sugar, butter, salt.
