Cannoli Cake

Our cakes will make any gathering into a celebration! 

6" cakes are triple layer and serve 4-8 people; 8" cakes are triple layer and serve 8-12 people; 9" cakes are triple layer and serve 12-16 people; half sheet cakes are 2-layer and serve 40-50 people. 

Ingredients: Cake: Flour, sugar, eggs, buttermilk, sour cream, canola oil, butter, vanilla bean paste, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Filling: ricotta cheese, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, orange  zest, cinnamon, mini chocolate chips (cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter) Frosting: powdered sugar, butter, pasteurized egg whites, orange zest, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon
