Our chai spice cheesecakes come with a graham cracker crust (either gluten-free or regular), and are decorated with whipped cream & a sprinkling of spice. Regular:
Ingredients: Crust: Graham crackers (enriched flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, reboflavin, folic acid], graham flour, sugar, brown sugar, sunflower oil, honey, salt, artificial butter flavor, vanilla flavor, sodium bicarbonate, sodium sulfite), butter, sugar, salt. Filling: Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla bean paste, chai spice (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, allspice, cloves, nutmeg), chai concentrate (milk, chai tea leaves). Topping: Heavy cream, sour cream, brown sugar, vanilla bean paste, chai spice.

Gluten-free: 
Ingredients: Crust: Gluten free graham cracker crumbs (Pea starch, shortening [palm oil, modified palm oil], brown rice flour, potato starch, brown sugar, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch, water, cane sugar, rice bran, Molasses, Tapioca Syrup, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Pea Protein, Natural Flavour, Pea Fibre, Sunflower Lecithin, Inulin, Monocalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Guar Gum), sugar, butter, salt.
