Chocolate Cake with Oreo Icing

Our cakes will make any gathering into a celebration! 

6" cakes are triple layer and serve 4-8 people; 8" cakes are triple layer and serve 8-12 people; 9" cakes are triple layer and serve 12-16 people; half sheet cakes are 2-layer and serve 40-50 people. 

Ingredients for Regular Version: Cake: Flour, sugar, buttermilk, canola oil, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, vanilla extract, salt. Frosting: Oreos: (Unbleached enriched flour {wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid}, sugar, palm oil, soybean and/or canola oil, cocoa (processed with alkali), high fructose corn syrup, leavening (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), salt, soy lecithin, chocolate artificial flavor), vegan butter, salt, powdered sugar, soy milk, vanilla bean paste, vanilla extract.

Ingredients for Vegan Version: Cake: Flour, sugar, water, canola oil, cocoa powder, coffee liqueur, white vinegar, baking soda, salt. Frosting: Oreos: (Unbleached enriched flour {wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid}, sugar, palm oil, soybean and/or canola oil, cocoa (processed with alkali), high fructose corn syrup, leavening (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), salt, soy lecithin, chocolate artificial flavor), vegan butter, salt, powdered sugar, soy milk, vanilla bean paste, vanilla extract.
