Chocolate Cheesecake (gluten-free)

Rich, creamy and flavorful, a Camino cheesecake will make any moment memorable!

Ingredients: Crust: Sugar, chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), eggs, butter, cocoa powder, canola oil, oat flour, Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free flour, corn starch, vanilla extract, sea salt, baking soda. Filling: Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla bean paste, ganache (chocolate chips , corn syrup, butter) Topping: Heavy cream, sour cream, brown sugar, vanilla bean paste, cocoa powder, ganache (chocolate chips, corn syrup, butter). 

Our 8” cheesecakes serve 10-12, 9" cheesecakes serve 12-15, and 10" cheesecakes serve 15-18.

Our chocolate cheesecakes come with a gluten-free brownie crust, and are decorated with chocolate whipped cream & mini chocolate chips.
