Our maple cheesecakes come with a graham cracker crust (regular or gluten-free), and are decorated with whipped cream. Our 8” cheesecakes serve 10-12, 9" cheesecakes serve 12-15, and 10" cheesecakes serve 15-18.

Regular Maple Cheesecake Ingredients: Crust: Graham crackers (enriched flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], graham flour, sugar, brown sugar, sunflower oil, honey, salt, artificial butter flavor, vanilla flavor, sodium bicarbonate, sodium sulfite), salt, sugar, butter. Filling: Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla bean paste, maple extract. Topping: Sour cream, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla bean paste, maple syrup drizzle.

Gluten-Free Maple Cheesecake Ingredients: Crust: Gluten-free graham cracker crumbs (pea starch, shortening [palm oil, modified palm oil], brown rice flour, potato starch, brown sugar, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch, water, cane sugar, rice bran, molasses, tapioca syrup, salt, sodium bicarbonate,  pea protein, natural flavor, pea fibre, sunflower lecithin, inulin, mono calcium phosphate, cellulose, guar gum), butter, sugar, salt. Filling: Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla bean paste, maple extract. Topping: Sour cream, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla bean paste, maple syrup drizzle.
