Our 8” cheesecakes serve 10-12, 9" cheesecakes serve 12-15, and 10" cheesecakes serve 15-18.

Regular Mixed Berry Cheesecake Ingredients: Crust: Graham crackers (enriched flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], graham flour, sugar, brown sugar, sunflower oil, honey, salt, artificial butter flavor, vanilla flavor, sodium bicarbonate, sodium sulfite), salt, sugar, butter.  Filling: Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla bean paste, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, mixed berry extract. Topping: Sour cream, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla bean paste, blackberries, raspberries.

Gluten-Free Mixed Berry Cheesecake Ingredients: Crust: Gluten free graham crackers (Pea starch, shortening [palm oil, modified palm oil], brown rice flour, potato starch, brown sugar, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch, water, cane sugar, rice bran, Molasses, Tapioca Syrup, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Pea Protein, Natural Flavour, Pea Fibre, Sunflower Lecithin, Inulin, Monocalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Guar Gum), sugar, butter, salt.
