Sweet Potato Marshmallow Cake

Our cakes will make any gathering into a celebration! 6" cakes are triple layer and serve 4-8 people; 8" cakes are triple layer and serve 8-12 people; and 9" cakes are triple layer and serve 12-16 people.

Ingredients: Cake: sweet potato puree, flour, brown sugar, canola oil, eggs, sugar, sweet potato powder, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ginger, nutmeg Frosting: Powdered sugar, butter, meringue powder (corn starch, egg whites, sugar, gum arabic, calcium sulphate, citric acid, cream of tartar (potassium acid tartrate), artificial flavor, silicon dioxide), marshmallow extract, vanilla extract, salt.
