Turtle Cheesecake (gluten-free)

Our 8” cheesecakes serve 10-12, 9" cheesecakes serve 12-15, and 10" cheesecakes serve 15-18.

Ingredients:  Brownie Crust: Sugar, chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), eggs, butter, cocoa powder, canola oil, oat flour, Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free flour, corn starch, vanilla extract, sea salt, baking soda. Filling: Cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, egg, vanilla bean paste, caramel (sugar, water, corn syrup, heavy cream). Topping: Sour cream, brown sugar, heavy cream, vanilla bean paste, pecans, caramel, ganache (chocolate chips [unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecithin, vanilla extract], corn syrup, butter).
