Vanilla Angel Food Cake with Berry Filling

Our cakes will make any gathering into a celebration! 

6" cakes are triple layer and serve 4-8 people; 8" cakes are triple layer and serve 8-12 people; 9" cakes are triple layer and serve 12-16 people; half sheet cakes are 2-layer and serve 40-50 people. 

Ingredients: Cake: Sugar, flour, sour cream, egg whites, butter, canola oil, vanilla bean paste, baking powder, salt. Filling: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, simple syrup (water, sugar). Frosting: Powdered sugar, butter, pasteurized egg whites, vanilla extract, vanilla bean paste, salt.
