Vegan Apple Cake

Our cakes will make any gathering into a celebration! 6" cakes are triple layer and serve 4-8 people; 8" cakes are triple layer and serve 8-12 people; and 9" cakes are triple layer and serve 12-16 people.

Ingredients: Cake: Flour, apple cider (apple cider from concentrate (water, apple cider concentrate, asorbic acid [vitamin c]), brown sugar, apples, canola oil, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, nutmeg Frosting: Powdered sugar, vegan butter (palm and palm kernel oil, water, sunflower oil, salt, pea protein, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, natural flavor, annatto, vitamin a palmitate), vanilla bean paste, water, aquafaba powder (chickpea decoction powder), vanilla extract, salt
