A cake so delicious, you'd never know it's vegan and gluten-free! 6" cakes are triple layer and serve 4-8 people; 8" cakes are triple layer and serve 8-12 people; 9" cakes are triple layer and serve 12-16 people; half sheet cakes are 2-layer and serve 40-50 people.
Ingredients: Cake: Soy Milk, Apple Cider Vinegar, Gluten Free Flour, Oat Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Applesauce, Vanilla Extract, Cafe Bustelo, Hot Water, Canola Oil. Icing: Vegan Butter, Powdered Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Soy Milk, Vanilla Extract. Filling: Raspberries, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Simple Syrup. Garnish: Vegan Ganache (Vegan Chocolate Chips and Coconut Milk), Raspberries.
