Vegan and Gluten-Free Chocolate Raspberry Cake

A three layer chocolate cake in your choice of six or nine inches. Serves 4-8 or 12-16 people respectively.

Cake: Soy Milk, Apple Cider Vinegar, Gluten Free Flour, Oat Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Applesauce, Vanilla Extract, Cafe Bustelo, Hot Water, Canola Oil.

Icing: Softened Vegan Butter, Sifted Powdered Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Soy Milk, Vanilla Extract.

Filling: Raspberries, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Simple Syrup.

Garnish: Vegan Ganache (Vegan Chocolate Chips and Coconut Milk), Raspberries.
